Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your timepiece purchase(s). We offer the below refund/exchange options. Products that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a full refund. Any pre-owned watch may be returned provided it is accompanied by everything it originally came with.
ONLINE PURCHASES
We offer a full refund (less any incurred shipping fees) within 3 days of receipt of an online purchase given the item is returned to us unworn in original condition with the security tag intact. Please notify us of your intent to return within those 3 days to ensure a refund. All items must be returned with original boxes, books, papers, accessories, etc. Please reach out to us prior to shipping any merchandise back to us. Any returned merchandise outside of the 3-day window may incur a 20% re-stocking fee or will be treated as purchasing merchandise back at current market value.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
All in-store purchases are final. Special circumstances can be accommodated for gift purchases. Please reach out to us prior to purchasing a gift for return policy terms.
UNWORN WATCHES: We do not issue full refunds for returns on unworn watches. Watches being sold in unused/unworn condition or with original factory stickers warrant a premium on pricing. Returning these watches in used condition significantly impacts the value and resale value of the watch. We would buy back at market value for a pre-owned model.
SPECIAL ORDERS: We consider special orders new watches ordered at customer request. We cannot return or exchange special orders. All sales are final.
TRADE-IN POLICY
We welcome most trade-in watches that we have sold in the past. Trade values are based on the current market value, though we offer competitive trade-in allowance. Recent purchases that are traded back to us will incur "rent".
