TERMS OF SALES
New clients may prepay by bank check, charge card, wire, or personal check. Personal checks held until cleared. Bank checks must be verified by the issuing bank before shipment is released.
We gladly accept domestic credit cards: Credit card information should be provided by phone or fax (please provide complete name and billing address, including postal code, and phone number at billing address of card holder; also type of card, expiration date, and card security code along with card number). All credit card users unknown to us will be asked to fax a letter confirming the order with a signature and a copy of the card and a valid photo ID. We will fax the signature to the issuing bank for confirmation.
Sorry, we cannot accept foreign credit cards. Payments may be made by bank wire or PayPal instead.

We ship overnight, insured via Fedex and Express mail. For a schedule of shipping and insurance costs please see our shipping cost page. International shipments may have additional duties which will be the responsibility of the buyer. For credit card transactions, shipments must go to the cardholders' address. All shipments must be signed for by the purchaser with photo ID.
Return Policy:
All products sold in good running order and mechanically sound (unless specifically documented otherwise), and subject to complete customer satisfaction. See definition of our watch Condition Grades below. Full refund given when products returned undamaged and not-used/unworn within three business days of receipt for Internet purchases; in store purchases may be returned for store credit up to 10 days from purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Client is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Please contact us for instructions before sending back a return.
